CloudNine Concordance®, one of the most popular and enduring eDiscovery review platforms on the market, today released its most substantial update in five years. The highly anticipated Concordance 10.24 release is packed with customer-requested features to improve the end-user experience for thousands of legal and eDiscovery professionals. Highlights include a new Viewer, integration with CloudNine Review™, and improved production performance, providing customers with a more modernized, seamless workflow.
“These improvements directly respond to clients who have been requesting enhancements to our Viewer and production performance along with seamless integrations to other applications both on and off the CloudNine platform.”
Concordance 10.24 is a free upgrade for current customers.
Three years ago CloudNine bought Concordance, LAW and EDA from LexisNexis, essentially rescuing those products from fading into obscurity. I had a great interview with Brad Jenkins in which he laid out his plans to revitalize these traditional desktop eDiscovery apps and integrate them into the CloudNine Review™ platform. It is nice to see Concordance get a real feature release after years of neglect. I run into Concordance and Summation iBlaze being used for smaller matters in firms and corporate legal departments all the time. Hard to believe that my first big Concordance review was back in 1993. There is still a place in the eDiscovery market for reasonably priced desktop eDiscovery software free of any $/GB constraints. CloudNine is betting that your cases will outgrow desktop solo review and you will promote them to their cloud platform.
