Migrated from eDJGroupInc.com. Author: Mikki Tomlinson. As a result, we have included Legal Hold as one of the topics in our 2013 eDJ Boot Camp Program.  Please join me for an in-depth ½ day Legal Hold Boot Camp in Houston, TX on April 16; Dallas, TX on April 18; or Atlanta, GA on June 4.

eDJ Legal Hold Boot Camp – Program Description: Legal hold is often carried out with ad hoc, manual methods that increase risk, stress levels, and valuable time and money spent managing unsustainable procedures.  In this boot camp we will break down legal hold processes into digestible chunks and examine the benefits and challenges of each from a real-world perspective; participants will learn how to establish achievable, defensible and repeatable legal hold processes without busting the budget.

For information on this program and for instructions on how to register, please contact marilyn@edjgroupinc.com.

Many of the additional questions resulting from this blog series were related to market trends, consumer behavior and corporate attitudes.  This begs for a formal research project.  Please stay tuned for an eDJ research report on legal hold in the coming months.  As part of our research, we are conducting a survey on legal hold notification in corporate eDiscovery processes.  Click here to take the anonymous survey.  Your participation is appreciated.

As always, please feel free to keep the conversation going by leaving a comment  below.  You may also reach out to me directly at Mikki@eDJGroupInc.com.
