Published: 2012-06-26 10:45:21  Yesterday we lost a good friend and mentor to the litigation technology community, Jeff Isenberg.I met Jeff about ten years ago when he did an onsite inspection at our facility in Austin, TX when he was still at Milbank.  I think we spoke more about music and food than we did about eDiscovery for the next 5 hours.Jeff had a certain zest for life and sense of camaraderie every time I saw him.  I can’t recall a time when Jeff didn’t greet me with a smile and hug over the years.  Jeff introduced me to good scotch at the bar in the St. Paul Hotel during the EDRM meetings as we talked about our kids, life and sometimes eDiscovery. But when Jeff did talk about eDiscovery and legal technology, he truly had an impact through his leadership and willingness to share his knowledge. To Jeff’s kids and family…our deepest and most heartfelt condolences.  Even though we may have never met, I know Jeff loved you with all of his heart..and it was  a very big heart!!Here is a link to Jeff’s Facebook profile where his family shared the news about Jeff’s passing. We will miss you, Jeff!!!  You made the world a better place.  I will add any information about the memorial service to this post as it becomes available.Jeff Isenberg – July 2, 1955 – June 25, 2012
