Migrated from eDJGroupInc.com. Author: . Published: 2012-03-27 12:26:32  I found out this morning that an old friend, Jim Burns, passed away over the weekend.  For those that knew Jim, he was warm and friendly to everyone he met with a smile that made you immediately comfortable.  Jim and I were the original “tape guys” in the early days of the EDRM‘s evolution and we always enjoyed the coopertition which only helped the industry learn more about the complexities of legacy media. Jim always shared precise and impartial information with his colleagues and clients which always impressed me.  Jim, you will be missed!!Here is the information from Jim’s obituary.  Please feel free to share your thoughts and memories of Jim below in the comment section.  Our condolences to Jim’s family during this very difficult time.
