After a 2-year hiatus I am excited to return to LTNY this year. Over the course of 2015 we had several clients with a new or renewed interest in matter management and legal support operations process improvement. As a result, I will be continuing my focus on matter management vendors at the show this year.
Workflow technology has been an interest of mine for several years now. However, it has not received significant traction in the market. With the overall operational process improvement interest that we saw with clients in 2015, I will be closely watching the workflow technologies and whether there is an increased adoption in 2016.
