Usage Policy
eDiscoveryJournal creates original content intended to inform readers of the unique perspectives of contributing authors. If you would like to reference eDiscoveryJournal content, you must follow these guidelines:
- Include the full eDiscoveryJournal Journal Entry title
- Use quotations around any content from an eDiscoveryJournal Journal Entry
- Do not summarize or otherwise change the context of the Journal Entry
If you would like to re-distribute, reprint, or otherwise source content including full Journal Entries, any charts or graphics within Journal Entries, you must obtain permission from eDiscoveryJournal. Any such use without prior written permission from eDiscoveryJournal constitutes a violation of federal copyright law.
Requirements and Guidelines to keep in mind:
- Identify the item you wish to use by headline and/or caption (photos, graphics)
- Provide the name of the writer
- Provide the URL
- Describe the intended use
- Specify quantity: the number of reprints or photocopies, or for republication, the circulation or print run
- If you plan to post eDiscoveryJournal content on the web, provide the planned duration of the post in 3 month increments
