Many organizations turn to archiving applications to help address eDiscovery challenges. By moving information to a centralized, searchable repository, organizations give themselves an easier way to collect and preserve potentially responsive information. But, archives are usually specific to a type of content – like email. Only now are integrated archives popping up and even then, the archives are typically just for high-volume, user-generated content like email, file systems, and SharePoint. This high-volume content is what organizations really struggle with.
